退款政策 Refund Policy

感谢您选择 FlowVoice。为了保障您的合法权益，请在购买前仔细阅读本退款政策。

1. 数字商品的特殊性声明

FlowVoice 提供的激活包及算力积分属于在线交付的虚拟数字商品与算力服务。一经激活或充值成功，对应的积分资源即已在系统底层进行额度分配与云端预留。

2. 退款适用条件

  • 未激活/未划扣使用（7 天内）：自购买成功之日起 7 天内，若您尚未在插件内激活该激活码，且名下积分额度完全未发生任何消耗，您可以联系客服申请全额退款。
  • 系统故障补偿：因我们服务器不可抗力导致服务连续中断超过 72 小时且无法恢复的，我们将根据您的剩余未消耗积分比例进行核算退款。

3. 不予退款的情形

出现以下情况之一的，我们无法为您办理退款：

  • 激活码已在插件内成功激活，且积分已被用于云端 AI 朗读合成消耗。
  • 购买时间已超过 7 天（无论是否激活使用）。
  • 因违反《服务条款》（如共享激活码、恶意刷取算力等）导致账号被限制或封禁的。
  • 因用户个人网络环境、设备不兼容或浏览器设置问题导致无法使用，但官方服务器正常运行的。

4. 退款处理流程

符合退款条件的用户，请发送邮件至 support@flowvoice.net，并提供：

  1. 您的订单号 / 支付凭证截图
  2. 购买时填写的电子邮箱
  3. 申请退款的具体原因说明

我们将在收到邮件后的 3 个工作日内完成审核。审核通过后，退款将按原支付路径退回，实际到账时间取决于银行及支付平台处理速度（通常为 1-5 个工作日）。

1. Digital Goods & Virtual Credits Policy

FlowVoice License Keys and Virtual Credits are digital intangible goods and computing resources delivered online immediately upon purchase. Once activated or refilled, credit allocations are reserved on our cloud infrastructure.

2. Refund Eligibility

  • Unused / Unactivated License (Within 7 Days): You are eligible for a full refund within 7 days of purchase ONLY IF the License Key has NOT been activated in the extension and no credits have been consumed.
  • Service Disruption: If our cloud TTS API suffers continuous unrecoverable outage exceeding 72 hours due to our system failure, pro-rated refunds will be processed based on your remaining unconsumed credit balance.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will NOT be granted under the following conditions:

  • The License Key has been activated and credits have been consumed for TTS synthesis.
  • More than 7 days have passed since the date of purchase.
  • Account restrictions or bans resulting from violations of our Terms of Service (e.g., license reselling, unauthorized API abuse).
  • Inability to use the service due to local network restrictions, user device incompatibility, or browser configuration issues while our servers are operational.

4. Refund Request Process

To request a refund, please send an email to support@flowvoice.net with the following details:

  1. Your Order ID / Payment Receipt
  2. Email address used during purchase
  3. Detailed explanation for the refund request

We will review your request within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 1-5 business days.
